From Service to Stability: A Veteran's Path to Resilience

As a Military One Source provider and a veteran-owned and operated practice, I bring over 50 years of experience in supporting military veterans getting back on track and creating stability in their day-to-day.

In addition to my decades of private practice expertise, I served in overseas and stateside veteran’s hospitals during active duty and understand the unique challenges veterans face, especially during the transition back to civilian life. My compassionate, tailored approach addresses a wide range of concerns, including:

  • Depression and anxiety

  • Sleep disorders

  • Personality conflicts

  • Moral injury

  • PTSD

At the heart of my practice is my commitment to understanding your experiences and providing the support you need to rediscover peace, resilience, and purpose.

Here, you’ll find a trusted partner who will help you navigate civilian life, regain your footing, and move forward with purpose to create a life where you can truly thrive.

    A Mission-Driven Approach

When you work with me, we’ll form a collaborative partnership built on trust and respect, focused on understanding your needs and helping you move toward meaningful growth. From day one, I get to the heart of your unique challenges, working with you to develop a clear, customized game plan that addresses the obstacles holding you back. There are no cookie-cutter solutions here. Together, we’ll build strategies rooted in clarity, confidence, and results.

My advanced training from Duquesne University and the Universities of Richmond and Cincinnati, has been forged in the real world, serving military and civilian populations in hospital, university, and private practice settings. As a published author in multiple peer-reviewed journals, I bring a level of precision and knowledge you can count on. Whether it’s tackling PTSD, anxiety, depression, sleep disorders, or interpersonal struggles, my approach is designed to meet you where you are and guide you toward where you want to be.

What it’s like to work with me

Sessions are conducted via videotherapy, eliminating the need to spend valuable time traveling while maintaining absolute confidentiality. You can access my guidance from the comfort of your home, your office, or even during downtime in your daily schedule. This flexibility ensures you stay focused on what matters most—building resilience, improving performance, and achieving the results that ripple across every area of your life.

In addition to personalized care, my practice serves as an ongoing resource for growth. You’ll find case studies inspired by realistic, anonymized experiences and actionable insights on challenges like overcoming sleepless nights or navigating the “Sunday night dreads.” These tools aren’t just helpful; they’re designed to sharpen your awareness and equip you for success.

I know that being a veteran often means living with unspoken struggles while striving for excellence in all areas of life. My goal is to help you build resilience, regain a sense of balance, and move forward with clarity and purpose, applying the same dedication and focus you bring to the challenges in your life.
